Security system issue

Having what appears to be a security system issue.
When you turn on the bike for the first time it will not start, the turn signals flash ,but no starter.
Turn it off and recycle the system and it starts and runs fine.
I have replaced the fob batteries.
Anyone else have this problem??

In most cases its been the FOB..Did you try both FOB's? ..Brand new batteries are a big help and installed properly..Check the antenna under the seat..Make sure it is seated properly in the connector..

Be sure & keep your fob away from a cell phone when you try it also. At least on the outside of the cell. If I forget & put the cell in the same pocket as the fob & the cell covers it it won't work.
