Scored some pipes!!

Stopped by the local HD shop today and inquired about pipes they were scrapping. Walked away with a brand new set of OEM slip ons that I will put on my Venture. Cost....... $10 donation to the guys pizza fund.

I've got 3 sets of Harley stock pipes that I couldn't even GIVE away. Who wants stock pipes? Anyway, I ended up THROWING them away just to get them out of my garage.

Trust me, I don't want stock pipes!! I've heard the stock Road King pipes are just a tad louder then the stock Venture pipes, plus they sound better (deeper tone).
I would love a set of V&H Big Rounds but don't have $700 to shell out at this time. Plus that's a bit much for slip-ons.

V&H say that they do not have a set of Big Rounds to fit the Venture however a bunch of guys are putting them on and not having problems. I just need to find out which ones they are getting.
