Royal Star tour Delux

I have a 2008 RSV with a Hannigan kit that I bought in February. I was concerned about the power also till I rode it and I can tell you it has plenty! I had a Stratoliner before I got the RSV so I know what power is,but having never rode a Royal Star I didn't know you had to wind it like you do. When I first got it I was riding and shifting too soon, but after reading some RS forums I started opening it up. Funny thing is after I started running the pi$$ out of it my mileage went from 32 to 36 mpg. So the short answer is you won't be disappointed with the power as long as you open it up and let it run like it was designed to do! Good luck with your decision.

Hannigan is about the only company that makes and installs independent suspension. Check out Ventureriders.org, there are many there that have trikes. To answers your question, yes your v4 has more then enough power, two up, trailer, no problem.

2005 rstd

i'm interested in converting my 2007 royal star tour delux, into a trike. My question is the !300 cc, 96 hp big enough.

i have a 2005 rstd i had mine converted in 2014 and it was the best thing i done.
I added all the options to the bike--but not the gas tank. I get about 35 to 37 miles to the gallon with a trailer behind. Add it moves over 80.

I added a hd tour pac and upgraded my light to led's
