I have a Road-smith Conversion on my 2009 GL1800, Had it converted last March. Been having problems with my Shocks being blown out, 3 times already.
I have the Acura Ride System, Dose anyone else having this problem?

I suppose you took it back to the installer. What did who ever replace them say was the problem? I am looking real hard at getting a Road Smith and am interested in any problems that people are having. Thanks, Bob

That's the reason I went with the manual adjuster that works with the stock shock adjuster.... its Hydralic / not air.... hard to fix out in the woods or middle of no-where....

Right Solid Bob, I had the same thought, so I stuck with the manual. I'm in a situation where I don't have the adjust option, but that's better than having to "fix" something.

As for the RS driver that's having the problem, I'd be taking it back to RS, they have the 3 year warranty.

Hi Randy911,

If you haven't already, please contact your installing dealer to help resolve your shock issue. There are a couple of possibilities as to the cause, but we will definitely help figure out what the issue is and get it resolved. If you would like to speak to someone at the factory, please call 800-331-0705. Thanks!
