Roadsmith Provides Trike Kit and Lunch at Wing Ding 35
White Bear Lake, MN (July 15, 2013) – Trike industry icon, Roadsmith, awarded a complete trike kit and installation (valued at $10,200) to GWRRA members, Leroy and Andrea Douglas from Killeen, TX at this year’s Wing Ding rally in Greenville, SC. The trike kit was one of several Grand Prizes given out at the annual rally attended by 12,000 enthusiasts devoted to this particular brand and model of motorcycle.
Roadsmith General Manager, Doug Lindholm, gave out the prize at the closing ceremonies for the event which took place on Saturday afternoon. Following a week of occasional heavy rains, the rally was extremely well attended and the bad weather did little to dampen the enthusiasm of this hearty bunch of motorcycle travelers.
In addition to conducting "demo rides" on all models of their trikes throughout the week, Roadsmith also hosted their 6th annual customer luncheon, the Roadsmith Rendezvous, which brought in over 100 loyal Roadsmith owners. With a full program of activities including Gold Wing Trivia games and prizes along with a hearty, picnic-style lunch fare, the luncheon proved to be one of the highlights of the rally for employees, dealers and customers alike.
