Greetings Gents, While I am not a triker, my wife is and recently got a 2013 RS. Not knowing much of the three wheeled venue, but is it normal that on deceleration the wheel makes a whirling noise. Acceleration is okay. Seems it comes from the left rear wheel. Mighty obliged.

NOPE!! Mine makes no noise... might take it back to your installer for a check out.... should make no noise... Maybe loose wheel? Torque 75F# and make sure wheel spacer is tight and not binding? Just FYI....

Ditto regarding no noise. Mine is very quiet. As a matter of fact, I never noticed any noise coming from the back end (other then the Wing's muffled exhaust).

I think you may have an abnormality. I have ridden mine about 17000 and haven't noticed any noise. Let us know what you find.

Be sure you call the, as I've posted before, they do not respond well to e-mails. Just my experience, maybe others have better luck.
