Road Trip to MV

I'm starting to get excited. Next Friday ( June 28th ) M3, myself, and another riding friend are heading to MV. We will be staying there for 4 days and doing alot of sight seeing. We may even get lucky and the Wizard might be able to join us one of those days. Can't wait. He owes us some Diet Root Beer.

MV= Maggie Valley and it is located in North Carolina right by The Blue Ridge Parkway.

When you get to Maggie Valley, Don't miss the Wheels Through Time Museum. The Apple Cover Inn is a good place to stay. A trip one "The Tale of The Dragon" is a must.

Also, if you have the time and money(it cost to go through it) Visit the Biltmore Mansion in Asheville.

Martha and I went through Biltmore last year while at the ralley in Maggie Valley and I thought is was well worth the money. It was a Wow. it took us about a 1/2 day to go through it.

The Four Seasons in M V is a nice motel, too. Also, Snappy's for a good dinner and Garlic Knots (Italian) are great! Several good ice cream joints; ask your motel office for discount coupons. Most places to eat offer them!
