[h=4] Ernio Morricone, composer of over 400 musical scores for some big box office hits, has passed away at 91 years of age. He had complications after breaking his leg in a fall.

Some of his big movies most well known were the spaghetti Westerns with Clint Eastwood: The G, B & U, Fistful of Dollars, For a Few Dollars More. He also did the music for the Kevin Costner film, "The Untouchables".

Some of the most inspirational and powerful music made for movies.

RIP Ernio.

Yes.. a truly great composer.

One of my favorite movie soundtracks he did was for “The Mission”. That music was so full of intensity and vibrancy...so beautiful...
