Replacement License Plate Light for Shadows

The License Plate filament bulb for my Shadow went kaput last week. Checking around here in Eastern NC I could not find a LED replacement. An outfit was advertising LED bulbs, etc, on TV and I gave them a shot. Entire assembly was a match and was $6.00. Website is Super Bright LEDs ? LED Lights, Bulbs, and Accessories

I just looked at the photos of your Shadow - very nice; what kit do you have on yours?

It's not a kit. The Shadow 750 is only done at the home M/T factory in Troup, TX. M/T bought the 750 from the local Honda dealer and did all the assembly there. Fairing added in last couple of months.

I drove out in July 09 to get it, stopping in Ocean Springs, MS to get a "deal" from BIL on a trailer, and brought her home via the NC mountains so I could stop in Deals Gap.

First 25 miles in NC were up and back on the Dragon's Tail. Would have been more miles that day but I caught a 60 minute window in a day forecasted to be full of rain. And it did rain all but the last 70 miles of 400 miles driving home that day.

Trike now has over 22K miles on it.

It looks great; I tried in vain to get MT to trike my Honda Shadow, an 1100 Spirit. Their place is only about 2 hours away from me too. I used to own a 750 Shadow, really sweet bikes.
