Howdy folks,

We are going to have our 2010 Roadking Classic transformerd into a trike and have couple of questions.

First we wanted to see what everyone is using to jack their trikes up with. We cannot use a platform and with lead time have eliminated J&S Jacks.

We only have to get the trike off the ground a few inches so we can move it inside our custom toy hauler in order to lock it down.

For this those transporting in a toy hauler how and where are you tieing down the bike to the floor, etc.

Thanks

I don't know anything, but I suggest you ask the person doing the conversion.

I assume a regular 3 ton jack will work just fine................That's what I use, and it lifts my Roadsmith up w/o any problem

I use the scissor jacks that come with most compact cars...I have a few of them not only for my Tri-Glide but also for my ATV's and Side-by's...I even keep one under my barn permanently to even it out do to frost heaves in the winter.....

If you know anyone at the local firehouses they usually have a wrecked car in the back of the house that they use to practice taking apart with the jaws of life...If you ask nicely most of those wrecks still have the jack like brand new in the trunk..And I'm sure the'll gladly [If you ask nicely] give it to you...:).
