Just checked tread depth on my OEM rear tires at 31K miles. Checking all around the tire I have 5/32", a couple of spots maybe just slightly under. I know that on car tires a lot of tire shops recommend replacing at 4/32" mainly due to hydroplaning danger. Seems with the light weight of the trikes tread depth could go a little lower. My service manual says to replace tire when wear bars become visible or when 1/32" (0.8mm) tread depth remains. 1/32" sounds a bit low to me. I can see the wear bars but still have over 4/32" tread depth left. Looking for input on when people replace their rear tires on their trike. Thanks.

Update to post

Update to post: I called three dealers and asked them about the recommended replacement tread depth for rear tires on the trike and they all said 2/32" to 3/32".
