Rear end sway

My wife does not like riding on the trike, she says when i remove my had from the right handle bar to shift the rear end sways and she feels unsafe.
Told me she feels it will flip over, i myself do not feel any sway in the trike.
The trike has IRS rear end, would a sway bar help with what she is feeling?

maybe you are steering towards the left or right when you shift hold it steady and should be ok...mine does not do that and I have to reach way down to shift
