Ready to order EZ-Steer

OK, I am ready to order my EZ-Steer kit. I plan to install it my self. I have a complete Goldwing shop manual, great workshop and many years of wrenching experience. I seek those who have gone before me down this path for any tips, advise, warnings, recommendations or just good old encouragement from anyone who has done this project (or part of).
While I have the front end apart I would also like to install new front speakers, an extended windshield (Memphis or Tulsa?), progressive springs (what make?), new ISO grips (got them for Christmas) and anything else that would be recommended to complete this "front end" update.
I love this trike but it rides a bit like a 1 ton truck at low speeds on less than perfect roadways.
So any help on my upgrade project would be much appreciated.
