As I also received the reminder email to ensure my continued presence on this forum, I checked my previous posts (10 posts in 2 years). Pretty shocking isn't it?
A little bit of personal history: Was raised and lived in SW Idaho for 45 years until I immigrated to Australia, calling South Australia my home.
I have ridden a midsize bike in the mid 70's until I was introduced to the front bumper of a VW Beetle in my lane. Needless to say, the bike always come out worse. My bike was totaled and after my meeting the pavement 150ft from the impact, I came away with an arm amputated.
I have maintained a desire to ride again but never really thought DIY was possible. Ideas on what I would want to include runs through my mind constantly now. Who knows when I might start a project.
