When looking at the rake kit that Zook designed it appears to have the extentions to level out the trike built into it.Does this mean that in order to change fork oil the fork tube has to be dropped out of the tripple tree to access the top of the tube? For those of you that have this conversion what is your proceedure for changing the fork oil?

I would suggest that you PM or call Zook.I am sure he would answer any questions.RIDE SAFE

Not sure, I think the extenders are hollow tubes with a cap on top.

Nope, they replace the OEM cap.

I guess if you are careful and do one side at a time the top clamp could be lostened enough to remove the tube extender so you can pour new fluid in. You'll have to strictly use the liquid volume measurement method. You won't be able to make that final ruler measurement.

Thats not a problem as the different angle is going to change where the top of the fluid is anyway.Besides I have always used the fluid volume method.

Then I think you'd be safe to loosen the top tree clamp (one side at a time) and service the fluid. Since you will have the front wheel off to drain the tube anyway, there won't be hardly any weight on the tubes.
