What is a good estimate on the labor cost to install a rake kit on a GL 1800?

It will very from shop to shop. I just had mine done about a month ago the first Honda Service center priced it at 375 and the second one priced it at 250.

What year??? HUGE difference in the work involved on '06 and later models.

I paid $1000 for getting the whole thing installed on my 2008 Goldwing. Parts and labor I guess.
