The other day i was waiting for my order at a local restaurant , And this 20's something kid pulls into the handicap spot, So i politely ask are you handicapped , He says no and walks into the restaurant , So i said then move your car, He just shrugs and ignores me..
Ok i'll just call a cop ....Then he decides to move his car...With a little bit of grumbling ...
