Pro action shock warranty

Ordered a set of pro action shocks , all that info I had on them is good , lifetime warranty . Got shocks today , all info on box and inside of box says 1 year warranty . W.T.F.

They do say Limited lifetime warranty ' Maybe their Limited to one year...:qpnmt:

Where did you purchased them from maybe a call would be in order.
Probably just the wrong forms were sent in the package...:Shrug:

The boxes that Pro-Action is using have their old warranty on them. Next time they get boxes printed it will have their new Limited Lifetime Warranty printed on them.

The Pro-Action Shocks we are selling have a Limited Lifetime Warranty.

It is a Lifetime Warranty subject to the following Limitations:

Only for the original purchaser of the shocks
Does not cover accidents, fire, environmental catastrophes (submerged in a flood, etc.)
Does not cover if the shocks were abused (overloading them), improper installation or application (mounted upside down, running a Sportster shock on a Road King, etc)

If they are installed properly, not overloaded, not damaged by some external force, then they are Lifetime shocks for the original purchaser....if they wear out, they will be rebuilt/replaced at no charge.
