Primary drive belt adjustment

I have a 2006 Electra glide with a Lehman kit and I think I need to adjust the primary drive belt. ( Has about 3/4" to 1" of slack) I haven't attempted this before and was wondering if anybody could give suggestions/advise on how to do this?

Tried that. Maybe I'm not asking the question right but the best I found on Google was the Lehman manual that said have an Authorized Dealer do it.
