Preload option

Is the preload supposed to still be functional on a roadsmith trike after the conversion?

I get the ERROR message when I try mine.

I'm going to call the dealer today where i bought the trike from... but i was just curious what the consensus is amongst others.

The adjustable preload is a $400 option. Your dealer probably did not order it with that option.
