Pre-trip

Not a new member to the forum but have been stalking rather than writing. I'm a good listener but a mechanical moron. In preparation for a SW Missouri/ Key West trip we just returned from Nashville. Had a oil pressure problem which baffled the Techbut after 3 weeks they found and fixed a oil pan gasket. Had to take the Trike out to test it against the elements. A little rain but she ran true.

If you are coming through Florida from north to south bring some rain gear and glasses/ face shield wipes. There has been rain every day, usually in the mid afternoon. And be sure to pick up a "Mile 0" sticky to brag on. Have fun!!

Its the rainy season in Florida, but lots of good riding days here in the Keys. Enjoy the view never get tired of it.

Pack lots of sun screen and light long sleeve cotton shirts for riding in the sun

This will help keep you from over heating

Your sweat will keep u cooler JMO
