Photo from Israely Satellite

This is Israel satellite photo of Vancouver's demonstration. If you push repeatedly the left button of mouse you could see even faces of the individual person... Fantastic!

Gigapixel.com - 2011 Stanley Cup Game 7 Canucks Fan Zone

Sorry to say but this was not taken by a satelitte, of any country. Look at the angle, look at the tag line. It is not even a single picture. It is a cool item with the amount of detail you can see but not taken from space.

I agree. the same people took a picture of the Obama swearing in . If u look real good u can find seams (overlaps ) a satellite would have to be flying real low for that shot .I have pictures shot from planes you cant see faces . Heck I can see the bottom of the kids shoes

"BEFORE THE RIOT version 1 - The Vancouver Canucks Fan Zone along Georgia St. for Game 7 of the 2011 Stanley Cup Final was captured at 5:46 pm on June 15, 2011. It is made up of 216 photos (12 across by 18 down) stitched together, taken over a 15-minute span, and is not supposed to represent a single moment in time. The final hi-res file is 69,394 X 30,420 pixels or 2,110 megapixels. Special thanks to Bonita Howard and CBC Real Estate."

I'm not sure where the satellite claim is coming from, I don't see anything about coming from a satellite! Even if it is not a Sat. photo it is still interesting to look at.
For what little it's worth, I've seen real Sat. photos and you can see the shoe laces on a persons shoe or read what is in a persons hand.
