Passing of Dave Walters

Dave was a long time member of Trike/Talk and TOI he attended the Eureka and Maggie Valley reunions.. Dave was a retired US Customs agent and was a longtime Blue Knight for over 30. On Sept 14th. they found him unresponsive in his condo they rushed him to a hosp put him life support and on 9/16 they declared him brain dead .. he died of a brain bleed. He is presently still in the morgue because he left no will or has any surviving relatives that can be found at this time.. We are waiting on the Probate courts to make a decision...

LESSON LEARNED TO HAVE YOUR AFFAIRS IN ORDER BEFORE ITS TOO LATE

Dave will truly be missed we all feel helpless waiting to give him a Blue Knight funeral and ADMISSION INTO THE HEAVEN ONE CHAPTER

Sorry to hear of Dave's passing, sad there is no family present but it sounds like he had made some new friends/family through the lives he touched. He is not alone, he is with his father now :jesus-fish:

thank you everyone for your support, prayers and well wishes..We finally found some paperwork listing an executor etc...so his remains have finally been released and we will have a funeral this Friday with the admission ceremony into Blue Knights Heaven One...
