I installed a new backrest pad for my wife. She complained about being spit off trike when I had to make a hard turn, take evasive action. If your passengers have same complaint look into a TOURREST backrest pad. More support side to side and front to back. Wife enjoys ride more which is a good thing! When at Harley dealer people stare at it but don't ask about it.

I put one of these on our CSC Kruze Nomad kit. Wife loves it!

We have had a Tourrest pad on our 2015 FW almost since it was new and the wife loves it. It is excellent quality and gives her much better support.

Hey guys, I went to the sight and didn't see the Freewheeler listed in drop downs. I'm guessing the Road King one would fit? :Shrug:

It's more of a one size fits all for Harley backrests. You will have to get longer screws do a little minor engineering to attach to freewheeler backrest support.
