My '09 Tri went into the shop around August. Diagnosed with a badly corroded rear master cylinder.

Still waiting for the new part to arrive. Now that the rainy season has arrived its not as maddening as in August but a very poor showing from H-D.

Anybody else having this experience?

I had breakfast this past Sunday with a friend who is the parts manager at a local HD shop. We got on this very subject and he said that their shop is suffering from the same thing, customers waiting on parts and people calling pissed off wanting parts. Bikes sitting in service waiting on parts, he said any place he finds that has tires he buys them. Told me that he just signed up for SS so Dec 29 he is retiring.
