don't hold any more I can roll it, you think it just needs adjusting or could it be something wrong with rear break pads. 34.000 miles on it. (2015 FLRT freewheeler). (foot pad goes all way down, always had).
 
This may help.

 
I haven't used the parking brake for 3-4 years now on my 17 TG, I just leave it in first gear if I am on an incline.
Leave it in Neutral when it is on flat at the house or parking at work.

I found that if you adjusted them as the book says they would have a slight drag and would wear the pads a little quicker.
