I just wanted to take a moment and let everyone know that UNB Trikes who advertises on our website is one of the good guys!
Six months ago I purchased a rake kit from Zook and UNB installed it for me. Last week one of my seals started leaking. I took it to UNB and they put new seals in the forks because the first ones had a manufacturing failure. They replaced it at NO COST to me! They did all the labor for free and replaced the part that had failed. It was not their fault but they stepped up to the plate and accepted the responsibility of the problem.
We NEED more people like them! I will continue to have them service and repair my trike in the future! We all should be proud to have them as a vendor!
