The bridge was under renovation when the F1 tornado struck and laid the towers down. This is a great place to visit and easy to find. just off route six just east of Mt. Jewett

It is what it is. A project was underway when the Tornado pulled it down what is left standing is used now an observation platform still the History of this structure and what happen is so beautiful to visit. I plan on going back every fall to view the colors of turning leaves. Ride safely Fred
