Has anyone started engine mods on the new twin cooled beast yet? if so what and how did it turn out?

It'll be interesting to see what some of these head porters come up with and how many heads need welded because they cut into the water jacket. IMO with the 14 water head TC's being so new I would be hesitant to make any modifications that could void the warranty, unless I had deep pockets and didn't sweat the small stuff.

I would have punched it out toa 113" at least since it was apart. Going from a 103 to a 107" isn't gaining much in power for the money spent.
