Ok, it’s getting crazy cold this weekend...

It is cold here for the desert, but nothing like you are dealing with. I do remember my days in Alaska, after -20 it just didn't matter, it was cold. I was out in some -70 and it was pure survival. Stay safe and warm. Jim

Isn't there a zoom feature on the map ? I know the NWS map of TX has it. I can zoom almost all the way down to my private road.

Its 37* in the desert of Deming and the heat is on in the camper and I'll probably sleep in the hoodie to keep warm. :cold:

And why pray tell do you live there. Manny moons ago I lived in Wisconsin and got smart and got the hell out of there.Been in good ol Georgia for 38 years and love it. :clapping:

My bike is hibernating, now. covered in a warm blanket, in a cold garage... Went out yesterday, give it a hug, and went back inside the warm house..

Mine is sitting in a warm(kinda, got the heat turned to 50)garage with the cover on and battery tender hooked up.Hope to get it out on Jan 1 for my New Years Day ride.

By the way, we are located halfway between Bismarck and Beulah. I guess a town of 600 doesn’t make the map :D

Was there in 97 , there was a potatoe gun shooting contest in the parking lot . Good old times :clapping:

Cold Naa.....I remember back in the late 60's and 70's when i would snowmobile most weekends at my club, Night time temps would drop to 20/30 below, And the trees would explode from the moisture/sap in them freezing...The temps when i was up there yesterday was 2* not quite cold enough ...:D

Growing up in MN we saw that below zero cold for days @ a time

The Good thing about Cold Weather is, when the power goes out, you got a place to keep your Beer. :)

One thing about the cold weather don't see any of the endless complaints about Harley's excessive heat . 😀😀📞

So, the cold weather is a good time to drink beer and install Love Jugs to beat the heat that will be coming. ;)

Getting ready for my ski trip to White Mts. for a week. Leaving tomorrow morning
