Well, I've been waiting for over 2 weeks and tomorrow morning about 9 am the friend that bought my 06 Heritage Soft tail Harley and I are heading for Arkansas and riding for 3 days.
The wife has to go to NY for a conferance and so I'm going to go play.
I'm excited since I have yet to make a trip on the trike that we've had for about 2 months (04 Honda 1800 goldwing w/trike shop kit)
Thanks to this forum I've learned to handle the trike pretty well. (I still know my limits). We took a good ride last Wednesday on a beautiful day and rode a couple of Oklahoma's best crooked roads and was able to handle them pretty well so now I'm really ready for the Ozarks.
Leaving Tulsa and going to Mena, ar, then to Hot springs and over to Pine Bluff. Hope to get there tomorrow (monday) late afternoon and visit with a friend, then Tues. go back to Hot Springs and take hwy 7 up to Harrison, then go to Eureks Springs and work our way home on Wednesday. We will probably ride the Pig Trail Hwy 23 from Eureka to I-40 on the way home.
I'll give a report when I return.

What a great first trip with your trike, Okie! Can't wait to hear all about it, and see the pictures too! <img src="images/smilies/grin.gif" border="0" alt="" title="big grin" class="inlineimg" />

U will be an different person on that trike when you return. That is the experience you need. JUST REMEMBER ride your own ride don''t get pushed into going faster than you can handle . On the way back you will see a big improvement . Every turn is adding experience. Lock the elbow and use both hands to steer PULL & PUSH . And pictures

John quotes: "Every turn is adding experience."
:D Okie will be adding a lot of experience. Except for I-40, the routes he mentioned don't have many straights of any length. The Ozarks are curvey = much fun to ride.
