Totaled a second pick-up in four days. My son's this time, as, if you will all recall, I rolled and totaled my Toyota last Saturday. East bound I-30 in Dallas (again) at an entrance ramp to the freeway. A PT Cruiser enters the freeway ahead of me kind of close, but at speed so everything should be OK. HOWEVER, two ladies begin contesting for the right lane and both come to a stop in front of the PT, which, of course, causes the PT to slam on his brakes and come to a stop at which point he is far too close to me to make any kind of stop whatsoever. There's construction, so there's no shoulder to bail onto, and I'm not about to try and bail to the left because traffic is really heavy. So, the obvious, I slam into the PT. I HATE DALLAS! Oh, the two ladies take off like rockets and disappear into traffic. Crap happens in three's - can't wait for the next one.

IMO, yes. He hit the freeway at speed (I was under the speed limit) and even increased his speed after that. It was the two women who stopped in front of him (who, of course, got away clean) that forced him to come to a stop and caused the problem for everyone.

When you told your insurance agent that'' [the guy ahead was too close]
How long did it take him to stop laughing.....:xszpv:
