Not a good night in God's county...

One of those little spring thunderstorms brewed up tonight.

Best guess, we have 100 to 200 minimum power poles down.
The deputy said on the radio, one country road has 1.5 miles
of poles and lines laying on the road.

If you dont live in town, you probably dont have power.

Most of the county volunteer firemen are battling a house
fire in 25+ mph winds. House will probably not survive.

At least two counties next to us are just as bad or worse.

Wow, not good. Sounds like a good place to have a back up generator. I know the power company I have sucks when it comes to reliable power. My dad and I both got tired of the lights going out, so we both installed whole house backup generators. Now when the lights got out, life goes on as if it never happened.

Bad Deal and a sad situation...
Thoughts and Prayers with you and all affected as well as those who are picking up the pieces. Hopes for a quick restoration and minimal pain. ThumbUp

Hoping all gets better soon and power is restored. Had storms and wind here but nothing like that. I hope all are safe there.
