Night time ride tonight

I went to St Augustine round trip to get some pure gas, I found some Sunnoco gas for 3.57 a gallon

My '21 Free seems to really, really like Sunoco Super which I believe is 94 octane. I've got to ride 15 miles out of my way to get it, but it's worth it.

My humble opinion is no matter what brand of gas or octane you use if you feel it works then it works…....

By the time you get home your out of gas and have to go get more. A vicious cycle.

We do ride at night. And 0 dark thirty. Often best time to get out of motel and down the road is 1-2 hours before the 9 to 5 crowd get on the road.
Most of the bike we ride now have far better lights than we could have dreamed of both front and rear.
You have the wild life to deal with. The bar crowd. But Lighter traffic is a better trade off.
Often the last leg of a trip either in route or on way home.

Out of motel at 0400 and rolling. We generally make the last day a shorter one so doing it this way even with a 3-400 mile ride home at 1200 or if in route in the area to check in early get stuff downloaded and relax.

We live in the country but city lights can be amazing. Rolling into a major city at midnight or getting up and riding out at 0300 can be an amazing sight.

Roll towards Las Vegas heading south on 15 all the sudden the city lights roll into view like a movie shot.
