Hello, just triked my 2007 GL1800 at Mototrike and now have a new Adventure trike. I need to know a lot of information now. First, at what pressure do i run in the tires, considering passenger and driver total weight to be around 400lbs. Second when pulling a trailer how much do I increase this too. Third, how long am I to expect the stock front tire to last. All other questions can wait until I learn to drive this thing.
Enjoying every minute.

Welcome, i don't know what she means saying we won't answer all your questions. We'll answer them right or wrong!

I have a 2003 with a motor Trike conversion and I pull a 1940 Ford trailer all the time. (SEE PICTURE) I keep 41 lbs in my front tire (Michelin Pilet). I run 22 lbs in the rear tires. i keep about 20 lbs in the trailer tires. I keep about 50 lbs in the shocks.

I have gotten over 25,000 miles on my front tire twice. My wife and I tip the scales about 400 lbs too.

:D :D. Boscoporp, I meant the thread I LINKED to there wouldn't answer all the questions. But I knew the rest of you would step up and fill in all the blanks! :D :D

WELCOME to TRIKE TALK....I only got 5000 miles out of my stock Gold Wing Dunlop (I ride a lota' twisties). Changed to a Michelin Pilot Activ Sport Bike "REAR" Tire like Boscoporp just mentioned...over 6000 miles with no visible wear. I also have a 4.5 degree Rake Kit and SUPER BRACE on my Front Forks. Wife and I are lighter, and I run 40 lbs Front Tire, 20 lbs in Rear Tires...35 lbs in Shocks before the SUPER BRACE, 45 lbs since adding it.....just some varying numbers for You to look at. "Experiment", and post up....Enjoy the Forum..... :wtg:
