Im thinking about having a my 06 trike with a roadsmith kit/my ? is has anyone did business with Neosho Fiberglass in Neosho Mo and were you pleased with the job they did

Welcome boughn2006! Glad you joined us.I have not heard anything, but good reports on the Roadsmith kits.No help with installer.RIDE SAFE

welcome aboard. maybe ask the installer for names of some people hes done

I also have an '06 I triked with Roadsmith two years ago. A month ago I took my "WingSmith" on a 5,299 mile tour through thirteen western states without a single glitch! I opted for the auxilliary fuel tank - and was glad I did! On some of those desert roads you can go a couple of hundred miles and never see another human being - or gas station. While the Roadsmith has gobs of trunk space, the built-in trailer hitch came in handy for my tray carrier on which I strapped my extra stuff. Didn't even know it was there until I stopped for the night.
You are right to ask about installers for therein lies the secret of a successful conversion. Someone else suggested you ask for the names of other customers and get their opinions. Darn good idea.

boughn, for Roadsmith conversion i suggest you check out Horizon Trike Center in Clarksville, AR. they did our conversion in Dec. 2006 and we have not had any problems at all. our Wing is a 2008, we have been to east TN. mountains, AR. mountains and the Roadsmith is great. Im sure there are other good conversions, just have not experienced them, but can testify to the Roadsmith.

I first saw a Roadsmith on a coversion done by Neosho fiberglass. They were knowledgeable folks to talk to, and I would have bought from them had been closer to me. I think they've been doing these for a while. Talk to Doug at Roadsmith about installers. He's very helpful and will give you a straight answer. We LOVE our Roadsmith!!!

Welcome to the world of Trikes.
I've had three trikes, first two were Motor Trikes and had problems with both, mainly because of the installers. My third and BEST has been my Roadsmith. I purchased a new 2008 GW and took it to White Bear (Home of Roadsmith) and have been completely satisfied ever since. It was certainly worth the trip. Take your time on this and you will never regret your decision.
