Welcome to TrikeTalk !
I spent a little time looking around on your site and ....
I have two words about the trikes (and quads) on your site.
...................... TOTALLY INSANE .................

Again ... Good Ole USA needs some catching up.
Who says all the cool new ideas come from California ?
I want to rip down one of the highways around here on one of these :D

I am sure there would be a ton of accidents from people gawking at it riding by.

Hi Rob, thanks.
Did you see the Phoenix trikes (made in the US) at my site?
For real customization the USA still has the leadership imho

The "Super-Q" quad above is based on a Softail HD frame, from there
the manufacturer gives you with his modules 3 options; a wheel kit for front (reverse trike) a wheel kit behind (trike) or both wheel units so it becomes a quad. I did a testdrive and I asure you it's a hell ride!
If you ever drove a quad, think thesame but in car size, unbelievable!

Good thing is you can buy the units for your own HD softail (from 2000 up), so you don't have to buy a new one. Bad thing is pricing, about 25.000 usd for 1 unit (front or behind) or 40.000 usd for both units. Thats the price in Europe. The manufacturer told me he got a pending lincence to export to the US so I guess they will become cheaper there.

Thanks John, my RF1 is a fast ride and if it ain't fast enough you can get
it with a 185HP Turbo engine also. with chip tuning to 200 HP
It doesn't compare with some US trikes with hemi engines etc, but it 'll do.
I like HP, but not to drive fast, I like to have power when I need it

There is a report on a "Blastolene" trike on my site, now THATS power

To give you an impression about European trikes here is a video which I made last weekend in Holland

6? 7? At our anual European Trike Show in Halen, Belgium, there are 700 trikes and 4000 visitors! Now how's that for a small country (except the chocolats and the "French" fries :p)

Re: New Trike Friends!

Welcome to TrikeTalk! :wave4: You have a great site there, and some beautiful trikes. Would love to travel to Belgium to ride with you. I have a few friends from there, Theo (If you are in MAG you might know Theo Beeldens) keeps saying I should take a trip and ride over there, they'd even set me up with a bike to ride and a place to stay. If you lot are anything like the folks I know, it would be great fun!

Thx Ozarkryder & tmigala,
I don't know Theo in person but I know the Motorcycle Action Group who comes up for (mostly) bikers. I can't give you a place to crash and a motorcycle but I could give you food and drinks, so you have all when you visit Belgium :D

Re: New Trike Friends!

I sent u a photo last night to the site but I got a message "no photo attached" . I sent it this morning ( 10 min ago) to the email address. :(

Got it by email, thx

Your file size was to big: over 7 MB (.BMP), you can reduce it
by converting it to a .JPG

It's online now :)

I got that too - I'll have to re-send ti after work this afternoon. Don't hae access to the picture on this work computer.

About the visit, would love to get to Europe, all it takes is money, time, and being able to get away from work for long enough to make the trip worthwhile.
If you ever get to Missouri, you are welcome to stay in Anderson. We have room for guests, and we might be able to hook you up[ with a ride.

Re: New Trike Friends!

OOOO I look all squishy . Maybe I should send a photo going the other way:p
Mine is on , I was 1st! Looks better now Thanks !

Thanks for the offer! I hope I can make it this lifetime ;)

Re: New Trike Friends!

About the pictures which are not coming trough to me:

The only reason for that is that the picture size is too big.
Yes, it wil send and you get a message to tell you that it's OK but
the file will be blocked by providers because of the size of it.

Please keep in mind that the picture comes with email to me
and is limited by the Form provider to about 2 MB (Megabytes).
That size is enough for a big picture; if it's saved with the .JPG
file extension ( aka filename.jpg ). If your picture has for instance a .BMP
extension it's mostly too big because it's uncompressed.

Windows XP provides a simple way to convert large picture sizes
to smaller ones:

in Explorer right click the filename and select "preview" or something like that. The Windows Viewer will popup and your picture is on the screen. Now at the bottom of the viewer there is a blue floppy icon, click it, save filename but select save as JPEG first. The new file with .JPG extension should have a lot smaller filesize and you can send it without probs.
The size of the picture itself will be the same, only the filesize is reduced.

Otherwise if that all won't work give me a link on the internet where a big picture of you and your trike is and I will screencap it from there, that's another possibility.

Hope this clarify's why some emails are bounced and helps a bit to make it work with smaller filesizes :)

Regards, Pierre

Re: New Trike Friends!

Hello Pierre,
I have sent you a picture from Bonnie Scotland of my trike and friends.;)

Thanks Wolf, but the intention of our page is that we are looking for trikes with their owners...
(As on our form: with you and your Trike)
So if you have one of yourself with your trike (or a friend has one) be sure to send it :)

(Nice picture though..!)

Regards, Pierre
