New Trailer

Looks like a good set-up. I am considering something similar myself. Only problem I have is nothing to pull an enclosed trailer with. I have a 2012 Toyota SR5 Forerunner and it has the biggest engine available but still, it is only a V6 and I don't think it has the grunt necessary. Towing capacity if sufficient according to the book (5,000 lbs.) but I still think it doesn't have enough motor.

think outside the box

I think a decal is good, just not a motorcycle decal or anything that says something is inside and valuable. A decal on each side, front and back helps the police identify the trailer if it is stolen and rolling down the road. There are a lot of white and basic plain trailers, but not many that has a BBQ decal, etc. My trailer is white and is in the process of getting a little red paint to make it look different. Tongue, doors metal trim, and under fenders are my thoughts. I will post a pic when it is finished. Jim
Put your name in 10" letters on top of the trailer! the thief wont look up there and the police will see it from the sky! also something odd on the sides will help.

I am going to do something. Just not sure what just yet. It will set in the back yard for a while. Going to ride the FW most of the time. Got it for long rides Wife has a bad back and can not ride a long at one time.
