That is the first Ram truck for me and it has been a great one. It has the 6.4 gas engine pulls everything I need. And get's about 17 MPG. Believe me it did not know the trailer was be hind it.

Harley decals not a good idea, don't want people to know where your bike is when you're not around.

I'm in the market for a trailer for my 2015 TG. I get the 12' length but isn't 6 x 12 a little tight in the width to move around in there? I looked into the 2 bike / 1 trike model from Iron Horse but the price is outrageous (high).

I understand what some of you are saying about the decals. I went ahead and did it. I say a thief is a thief and is going to take it no mater what. I just had a friend's trailer take and it had a car in it and know sign what was in there. But I carry when I can and keep my stuff close to where I am sleeping. I stay where I can park and see my stuff or I do not stay there. I is just one of todays issue.

I have a 6x10 V nose that I bought when I had a Ford Ranger and my Dyna. Worked well for that. I now have a Triglide and pull the same trailer with F150 Eco. My trailer is a 2013 Bravo and I did not want to upgrade that too. So I am making it work. The 6' width is tight, but a 7' would still not give me enough room to move around the trike in there. I tie down the front through the side door and the rear from the ramp door. Maybe if you are skinny & nimble (I am not), you could get around a trike while inside a 7'.
The tightest part is when the trike rear fenders go by the ramp cables ( the cables angle in slightly from ramp to top). I have about 2.5 to 3 inches clearance each side at that spot. The 7' would give you about 3 more inches on each side.
My solution was to take 2x3s, screwed to the ramp & floor as tire guides. I beveled them slightly on the table saw where they would contact the tires and spaced them a quarter inch wider than the tire contact patch. I have a track/guide for the front tire and the rear tires have guides on the outside only. Staying in the guides, I can load/unload alone and not worry about scraping the fenders. I have a Condor chock up front but do not use the clam part (just strap through the wheel to E-track on the floor).
The 10' length works but is not ideal, I would recommend 12' for sure. The 12' allows more room for tie down, stuff and getting your tounge wt right. I got lucky with mine and am at 270# on the tounge which is 10 - 11% of loaded trailer wt. My spare tire is inside at the front also.

Trailer for my TG

I have a 7X10 enclosed. Gives me more room to tie down and with the ramp losing a bit of width, I don't worry about loading and unloading. I've seen more 6 ft widths around though, so it can be done. Mine is also a V nose. With it, 10 feet is more than enough. Just needed to have it built. Not a very common size.

Did not mean to offended you. Just giving my opinion. The first thing I wanted to do to my trailer was put a decal on it. Then I thought about it and no decal. I don't think life is a mistake.

I think a decal is good, just not a motorcycle decal or anything that says something is inside and valuable. A decal on each side, front and back helps the police identify the trailer if it is stolen and rolling down the road. There are a lot of white and basic plain trailers, but not many that has a BBQ decal, etc. My trailer is white and is in the process of getting a little red paint to make it look different. Tongue, doors metal trim, and under fenders are my thoughts. I will post a pic when it is finished. Jim

If you want to keep the bike thieves away, Hazardous Waste decals might do the trick. I retired from Dow chemical too early.

New Pictures.

Here are some new pictures with the FW inside. It fits great. And a couple with the decal on. I have a something to put on the strap for the front wheel.
