Hi all. I'm new to this site and interested about what others have to say about trikes. After 30+ yrs of 2-wheelin-all on Yamaha mostly Ventures, I now have 2 mc's. '09 Royal Star Venture and '08 GL 1800 with '09 CSC Trike Kit. May sell the RSV, but not sure of the comfort confines of the Honda for long legs and handle bar position.
Planning to use an Airhawk on the seat and add risers to the bars.
Safe travels to all!!

Hello cwm1942, welcome to the Trike Talk Forum where you will find the most friendly and knowledgable folks on the internet. You have a good question and a very frequent one that we receive on the forum. I cannot relate to your situation because four years ago we started out on a trike when retired - never owning a two wheeler. However, there is a reason we started out on a trike. My age and a balance issue I was left with after a stroke ten years ago. My feelings are that once you have driven the trike for a few hundred miles you will never want to go back. In addition to joing this prestigous forum, you should look into and join the TOI (Trike Owners International). Membership is free and you will benefit from being part of a large group of happy and enthusiastic trike owners. Good luck and enjoy the forum....

Re: New to 3 wheels

I own a 99 RSV and a 99 rsv trike. You can't beat the comfort of the Venture,it has the best sitting position and the best leg room. Only the big HD's come close. So why not sell the GW and trike the RSV. They make great trikes.
