It's a beer tap handle. Funny thing is it has the same thread as the shifter shaft, That was the easiest upgrade I ever did. I'm planning on cutting a sleeve off of an old flannel shirt and attach it ala shift boot. It will cover some of the fore arm and the full length of the shifter shaft. Add a few rips, a burn or two, and a few (fake) blood stains. Viola...
 
Nice but I have to ask, I can't really see from your pic's , Did you relocate your clutch lever? Or is it just for looks? Or do you just shift not using the clutch? Inquiring minds want to know, LOL.

Yes I moved the clutch down where the shift lever used to be. I actually used the stock shift lever as the clutch pedal to make it look stock as shown in the pic below.
