Not to sure about this. The use of stock front brake rotors! Look how long and many miles BP had getting bugs out of there Spyder, I know I had one for 3 years. It will take a really stiff front frame section to make a reverse trike to work well. Wish them luck.

Personally I don't care for it.
But then I don't like the Spyder much.
Its design just isn't for me.

But its obviously a good design in general.
Ive seen more of them down here then rear wheel trikes.
Ive assumed its due more to being an automatic.
Not requiring a motorcycle license also has boosted its appeal here to an predominantly older population of 1st time riders.

:xzqxz:I imagine Gene's price will be very high because he tries to sell the Pilot Activ for front tire
on a Goldwing for $169 and you can buy them other places for around $110.

Sorry , to me looks very front heavy. Turning two front wheels seems it would be hard. Looks nice...

Does look like you better have some good arms and shoulders to maneuver that thing. Unless some kind of mod. under all that front end.. which would think there would be???

Interesting looking machine. Has no driver impressions or specs over on the website. I would think that would be important information if they want to sell the thing.

Don't know about the Honda?, But the Spyder has electric power/assist steering. I would think the Honda would have it also.
It did take BRP 3 years to get it right/''SAFE'' though!! .

Now if it was MADE by Honda, with a "leaning" front end like a Piaggio MP-3, I would be in line already. Otherwise, I'll stay where I'm at thanks. I would really love a trike that cornered like a 2 wheeler. The little Piaggio scooters are unreal in the twisty stuff. A 400 or 500 will give a sportbike FITS if it's a twisty road. I can only imagine what one with GW power would do.....sigh...

looks awful heavy on the front. Hannigan has a front like that but will not sell it as a 3 wheeler only as a 4 wheel
i never rode a spyder but i know thay had some problems with their power steering.

I think it looks funny with all that extra in the front.

Trimobile is defined by 2 rear driven wheels. you would have to wear a helmet riding this reverse trike and the spider. I also don't like the canam.

I have talked to a few people who have ridden this RT. It's actually very easy to steer according to them. It does not have the safety features that the spyder has and I believe the kit adds on approx 350lbs in total.

I was in Springfield last week for Spyderfest. I rode over to Genes and took a look at it. I was impressed with the fit and finish and with a goldwing powertrain it should be powerful and dependable. He told me it drove much like a spyder except at low speed in a parking lot it is a little hard to steer. Me, I'm waiting for a V8 reverse trike.

Nobody from spyderfest drove it? ;)

In Ct it is a motorcycle ,requires you to take a motorcycle course on a 2 wheel motorcycle to ride any trike (Spyder, or the one mentioned here) no exception. Been there done that.

I understand Hannigan offers one for $7,595. I'm sure they would be happy to give information. I expect it would have the same level of quality as the rest of their line.

Florida doesn't require a motorcycle endorsement for the Spyder?
