New rattle

Here's one that I haven't seen on here before: 2011 Triglide, right fender started rattling and vibrating loudly. Wife and I were on a 200 mile trip at the time. Took to the dealer, they found a void in the mastic/adhesive HD uses to stick the fenders on prior to bolting down. "Ordering the stuff, take a week". Anybody else experience a loud noise from the back ( no spouse jokes please) attributed to assembly problem? BTW, it started @ 3K miles.:AGGHH:

Nothing here. I think at one time someone had talked about removing fenders and installing the fender bead that is used on Volkswagen Beetles. Can be bought by the roll at JC Whitney. Wonder how that worked out?
