Hello from the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex! My wife and I have decided to trike our GL1800. We are in the process of researching trike builders right now. I have been lurking around for a while reading threads and have decided to join in on the fun.

Also you can contact our Web owner Papa Zook he lives and owns a conversion shop just outside of Houston. Great guy and will build you an outstanding conversion. PM him even if you don't go with him he will advise you well.

Welcome to the forum! I am south of you in Midlothian. My 2008 Goldwing is in Zook's shop (CutnShoot Customs) right now being triked with a Roadsmith kit. It is supposed to be ready Thursday. We are very excited about Zook being our trike builder. He is in Conroe, north of Houston. Hopefully I will be posting pics late this week. I'm far from an expert on trikes but if you need any help, let me know.

Why don't you and your wife 2 wheel it down to Kerrville for the Hill Country Gathering the first weekend of October where you can look at several Gold Wings that have been converted and actually speak to the owners. The aforementioned Papa Zook will be there too.
