Hello, just a few words to let you know how happy I am to get my new trike. I have a 07 C50 Suzuki Lehman trike. Have been riding off and on since the 80's. Husband has no interest in bikes so I have found a few girls that like to ride. Have ridden everything from a 50cc to 1100cc. I now own the suzuki and also have a 250 MP3 Piaggio which I have owned and ridden since 2007. Started out by putting the voyager kit on my v-star 1100, worst mistake I could have ever made. Was not happy at all. It is now on consignment and I traded the v-star in. Got my suzuki in Greer, SC and rode it home, around 400 miles. I could't find anything about it I didn,t like about it. Had a hard time keeping it under 70mph. The Lord has blessed me and let me retire last year so I am planning a few long trips, where, I don't know yet.

those MP3s are pretty cool little bikes...how do you like this trike compared to the MP3?

The MP3 has a lot of cool things you can do with it, like lock in the front wheels when you park it. When you hit the throttle it unlocks as you take off. It has a 40 degree lean which I hope I will never have to do. But it will drop just like a regular motorcycle, and my MP3 will go 75mph with no sweat. It is more stable in the rain and the stopping power is amazing. The maintenance is pretty expensive so I do my own oil & filter change but everything else I leave to the mechanics. But it can't beat the comfort or speed of my trike.

Welcome scanel, glad your enjoying your trike and have found some people to ride with. Can't keep it under 70 uh! Sounds like my wife, she doesn't know that vehicles come with speedometers. :no: And hates it when I remind her that they do.......

Me too! Nice little trike, isn't it? Greer huh? Would that be Cherokee trikes? I was looking at them at first - a bit far for me though. So where are the pics?

I am planning a few long trips, where, I don't know yet.

Have you checked out the thread(s) about the TrikeTalk Rally in Maggie Valley, NC at the end of June? Not sure if you'd be able to find a room in the host hotel, but I'm sure there are others nearby if you wanted to join us! :yes:
