Actually, I have had all Russian member registrations IP adresses blocked for years because we had so many spammers/hackers early on. We do get a lot of guests looking from Russia though. Wouldn't be a bit surprised to know he had viewed the site.

I'm shocked to see putin on an American HD, although it could be a photoshop.
It must have been taken a few years ago when he was friends with GW Bush.

Don't think its shopped. Have seen a couple MP4 videos (1 on TrikeTalk) and they are very hard to edit without being jerky. As far lights, you notice what color they are !!!
