New member here. Started riding on a little Bell Taco (any of you remember those?) when I was about 10ish. Over 50 years later, after riding Yamahas, Suzukis, Harleys (two of them), and Indians, my body said enough. Bones and joints are complaining, being replaced or operated on, don't have the confidence for two wheels any longer. Although I still own a 2021 Indian Scout, I've recently graduated to my first trike, hoping it will allow me to stay in the saddle. I have a 2021 Goldwing DCT Tour CSC trike. At only 5'2" tall, I would have never owned a Goldwing, but the trike is a happy game changer. The DCT helps me avoid operation #3 on my left elbow, so stop yer bitchin' at me about having an automatic.
I'm loving it. Looking forward to more ridin' in my future, my boyfriend on his Indian Springfield and me on my trike. Hope to meet other trikes in the area, can't split lanes any longer, but I'll be happy with the slower pace, just fine.
