glad i found a trike site, had mine, wing 1800 champion trike about 2 months. like it so far, a lot different than two wheels but getting older and don,t have to worry about dropping the better half. currently a fire chief here, as well as a vietnam combat vet, but having to deal with the effects of agent orange now. at least the va is helping. looking forward to learning some about trikes from you all out there. dan

A big TrikeTalk welcome to you, dtan! I'd also like to personally say thank you for your service and your significant sacrifice. I very much appreciate all of our veterans and servicemen/women, but as I am from that era myself, our Vietnam Vets hold a special place in my heart!
With two months of practice under your belt, you are undoubtedly beginning to feel much more comfortable with the trike, but perhaps something in the wisdom in this thread from experienced riders will still come in handy: http://www.triketalk.com/forum/gener...post-here-242/

Welcome to TrikeTalk. I wasn't in-country but I did serve during the same time as you. You're gonna love that trike and you've just joined the best group of people in the triking sport! ThumbUp
