Introducing my newest treasure, Peyton, born this morning - 6 lbs, 10 oz! Also shown, her big brother, Keegan, and of course their Nana (who of course is proud as punch!).

She's beautiful. Of course you already know that. Big brother is very handsome too. Aren't grandkids the best thing that ever happens to you? We've got 5 - 3 girls - 2 boys. Ages 2-9 years old. Enjoy them & spoil them, that's the best part.

Big brother looks a little uncertain about the whole thing. As my eldest nephew said when his baby brother was born, "Babies aren't as much fun as toys, are they?" LOL But he quickly became his baby brother's staunchest champion!

How sweet she is--can tell there is a proud big brother and grandma! I love the way you can spoil them, then send them home! We've got 7--6 girls and 1 boy and I let them eat candy and when they do something we really don't like, we just re-direct (discipline is for the parents).

You know I can honestly say, that when ever I hold a new born for the first time, it brings tears to my eyes. I guess it's all that beauty and innocents. A life with it's entire future before it. Hold them, and you are holding a miracle.

Thank you sir! The "max" I had figured out already---it is a term used even here in Ohio.
The "chuffed" was totally new, but I was going to guess it meant happy or something similar. And I am max-chuffed, for sure.
