Has any one installed the titanium faced gauges? Went to dealer and noticed the backlighting for speedo and tach is a nice bluish white but the smaller gauges are yellow. It puts the effect of the new gauges off.<br />
BTW changed air temp to oil temp.

What are you gonna do with the old air temp gage?

consider changeing the volt meter to digital. its more recognizable if the volts go low.
& you can trobleshoot the problem before your stranded.

Haven't thought about parts that were replaced. Still at dealer. Do you need it?

Yeah, well I don't really NEED it. I got 2 now, but one is black background, the other is the silver background. I would like to have them match. Either color, it don't matter. Last one I got free, just paid the shippin. But let me know what you want? Thank's.

Later, eighty80.

P.S. it's no big deal so don't lose any sleep over it, please.:Coffee:

NP.
I'm hoping to get trike soon so I can reach out to you when I get all parts.
I changed my inner fairing to match trike big blue pearl, all chrome controls, gauges, braided cables, pull back bars and mirrors with signals.

Yes I Installed the Titanium Face Gauges with the Oil Temp Gauges. I'm very happy with them.I love the clarity of them at night. I did not notice any yellow in the small ones, but the next time I uncover the trike I will look at them. I'm very happy with them. My CVO had the spun aluminum face gauges and I like the titanium better.

I has the "stock" gauges on my EG Classic and didn't know any better, so they never bothered me. Then I got a Limited and couldn't believe the difference of the titanium gauges. Traded the Limited in on a TriGlide and I was kind of shocked at just how poorly lit the stock ones are. They're no different than what I had on the Classic, but what a difference going from the brighter titanium gauges back to these. I'm working on replacing the gauges with my dealership since they have a lot of people swapping out the titanium ones for digitals.

why not just install LED light bulbs in the current stock gauges..It is easy enough to do..and would brighten up the stock gauges at night..
skip the 3rd party vendor and buy the LED lights any where they sell LED bulbs..Think most of the gauage use a wedge type bulb..
Pick any color you like ..

That would work in the smaller gauges, but how do you change the needle color? I think there are others in the speedo & tach that have to be soldered in.
